This large parcel lies in the Town of Gilboa, and is part of the Cornell Hollow Preserve. Much of the 165 acres is in use as cropland and pasture for a neighboring dairy farm. A tributary of the Schoharie Creek flows through the land. The Thall property is protected through an agricultural easement with the land trust that encourages continued farming, including maintenance and expansion of existing barns.
